Cherimoyas are heart-shaped with an unusual light green velvety thin skin. It’s white pulp offers a mild flavor likened to a blend of banana, vanilla, mango, papaya, pineapple and coconut. The refreshing texture is soft, smooth and melting. The flesh is bezzled with large, black, inedible seeds and in some varieties, though not all, produce scaly depressions on their skin will indicate a seedier fruit depending on the amount of depression.
